She is responsible for obtaining, recording, forwarding and explaining information related to human resources. She maintains records, applications, and resumes in an organised manner. Her job also includes conducting background checks for the employees by contacting their references. She also enrols new employees by issuing applications and forms accordingly. She is also in charge of providing assistance to employees regarding benefit programs to avoiding legal challenges by following legal requirements to the hilt.
